William “Bill” Loyd, Jr. is The Arc’s newest Executive Director following Joyce Taylor who is retiring. Loyd currently manages the District of Columbia operations for St. John’s Community Services and previously served as Executive Director of Midlands Community Development Corporation in South Carolina.
