Nonprofit healthcare leaders face many challenges building sustainable, efficient organizations while improving clinic operations, services, and the quality of care. Nonprofit providers, regardless of funding sources and payer mix, are expected to meet nationally established quality and performance metrics and demonstrate positive impact on the overall health and wellness of the most vulnerable people in the community. To achieve this goal, leaders must create high functioning clinical teams, promote best practices and build partnerships capable of providing well-coordinated, whole person care.

Table for Ten will focus on the role and strategies of leaders who must balance the needs of their Board, staff, patients and partners while working to improve the health of their communities. The discussion will be facilitated by Sharon Zalewski, Executive Director of the Regional Primary Care Coalition.

Tables for Ten meet three times for candid, confidential facilitated conversations and problem solving. This Table for Ten will meet on Tuesdays this fall: September 27, October 25, November 29 from 9-10:30am. Participants are asked to commit to all three meetings. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis for members only.

This Table for Ten is sponsored by the Healthcare Initiative Foundation. Registration is now open for Nonprofit Montgomery members. September 27, October 25, November 29 from 9-10:30am
