Housing Initiative Partnership is assisting low-income renters apply for the Maryland Renters’ Tax Credit Progrram, which provides financial assistance up to $1,000. The financial assistance is available to qualifying renters over 60, with disabilities, or who have a dependent child under the age of 18. Email ccastro@hiphomes.org for more information.
