Meredith Bowers is the new Program & Membership Director for Nonprofit Montgomery. She has experience in nonprofit administration and has served as the Executive Director of two nonprofits in Montgomery County: Jobs Unlimited, Inc. and Bethesda Metro Area Village. She also served in leadership roles at several others, including KID Museum and Montgomery Hospice. Previously, she taught legal research and writing, public interest lawyering and appellate advocacy to law students and creative writing and yoga to elementary school students.
Meredith holds a law degree from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently she volunteers with Girls on the Run Montgomery County, Montgomery Hospice, and is on the Board of Beth Chai Congregation. She can be reached at meredith@nonprofitmoco.org.
