Join Nonprofit Montgomery for our now twice a month virtual meeting with Montgomery County and nonprofit leaders on Wednesday at 11am. This will be an opportunity to hear from our officials and receive updates on the local covid-19 response.

Ralph Watkins, League of Women Voters: will focus on what organizations can do as they are serve various populations.

How can nonprofits adapt to meet new needs? We’ll hear from two nonprofit leaders who have found new ways to serve the community. 
Lynn Ardnt, CEO, BlackRock Center for the Arts: will provide the background and updates on how BlackRock is housing the Upcounty Consolidation Hub, a temporary consolidation center for donated essential goods for communities in Upper Montgomery County.
Michael Rubin, Managing Director, Impact Silver Spring: will go over how Impact Silver Spring has pivoted to meet the needs of their community.

Franca Brilliant, Nonprofit Consultant: will discuss grants and funding opportunities for nonprofits
