Impact 100 DC
Impact100 DC will consider grant applications from nonprofits in the District of Columbia, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Fairfax, and Arlington Counties, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, and Falls Church in five focus areas: (1) Arts & Culture; (2) Education; (3) Family; (4) Health & Wellness; and (5) Environment. It will award a single grant of $103,000 to the organization voted upon by its membership, with priority given to transformational projects that address disparate outcomes resulting from structural racism. The Venable Foundation
The Venable Foundation provides funding for place-based organizations and initiatives, meaning that organizations must be based in or impacting regions where Venable has major offices. Venable is accepting proposals for its 2021 grant cycles. Application deadlines are February 1, June 1 and September 1. For more information on priorities, eligibility and how to apply.

The Food Council launched a short 8-question COVID-19 Community Food Access survey seeking input from residents to guide Montgomery County food security initiatives in 2021. Residents’ feedback on how the County can best serve our communities and improve food access during and after the COVID-19 pandemic is essential to informing program implementation, policy development, and future funding priorities.
The deadline for survey responses is Wednesday, March 17th, 2021. The survey is currently available in English and Spanish, and we will be launching the survey in French, Amharic and Mandarin in the coming weeks.

City of Rockville: Community Empowerment Matching Grant
Community Empowerment Grants help neighbors work together to accomplish common goals that support the overall health, vitality and inclusivity of the place they call “home.” The City of Rockville offers these grants to neighbors and organizations who are willing to match funding through cash, in-kind donation and volunteer hours. Applications are due February 5, 2021.
FY 2022 Maryland Heritage Areas Grant Program
