City of Rockville: Human Services Grant

Progress Report on the Unite Us Service Referral Platform

It’s been over a year since Kaiser Permanente introduced the Unite Us platform for nonprofit to nonprofit service referrals in our area. In this update, Unite DMV + Maryland will share software updates from Unite Us, review data on community needs made known through community partnerships, and give network partners and opportunity to share feedback and ask questions about the network.

You’ll also hear from our partners from Kaiser Permanente, Every Mind Serving Together, Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Employment Development, and Maryland Family Network. The event is November 19, 1pm. Click here to register.
