This program is intended for organizational teams of 3-5 members that include staff from a range of levels (i.e. executive leadership, middle management & staff). Attendees will examine the systemic beliefs, practices, and policies that have perpetuated racial inequities and situates that analysis within the context of organizational leadership. One registration form should be completed for each member of your team. Tuition is $2,800 per team member and includes food, facilitators and course materials.
