Every conversation with an employee can be an opportunity for managers to engage, coach, and guide. Performance excellence depends on those conversations being meaningful. Kelly Collins, Director of Human Resources, EveryMind and member of the Board of Directors, Society of Human Resource Management, Montgomery County will lead us in discussing best practices in conducting annual performance reviews as well as addressing performance issues.
