The DC Bar Pro Bono Center is holding a free legal clinic to give nonprofits that provide supportive services to vulnerable populations, a governance checkup to ensure you are complying with IRS and DC legal policies and procedures. The clinic will have brief training on corporate governance issues and organizations will meet with volunteer attorneys who will review your current governance policies and procedures.
