Since launching 10 years ago, MMF has leveraged the collective impact model to address complex community problems in Montgomery County, bringing leaders together to define a problem and embrace a common agenda.

At the June 2 celebration, we will be honoring trailblazing heroes of collective impact; leaders who have been integral to the creation and success of Nonprofit Montgomery’s collective impact initiative, Montgomery Moving Forward, over the last decade.
