Meyer Foundation Financial Leadership Institute Tutorial 3 (Dashboard)

The Meyer Foundation’s FLI Institute provides three 2-hour follow-up Tutorials to provide hands-on assistance with implementing a financial leadership and management workplan. This will provide an opportunity for nonprofit leaders to work on specific skills or issues that affect the financial management of your organization.

The Dashboard tutorial provides you with a chance develop a dashboarding strategy for you organization and includes steps for identifying your organization’s key indicators, exploring the types of reporting options to use, and an introduction to how Excel can be used to streamline the reporting process.

FLI is currently offered at no cost to nonprofits of all sizes participating in The Meyer Foundation’s Child and Family Capacity Building Initiative (CFCBI) and is sponsored and presented by Nonprofit Montgomery and OrgForward.
