New Interfaith Works Clothing Center

The new Interfaith Works Clothing Center at 751 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville has opened its doors. Each year, more than 13,000 Montgomery County residents in need come to the IW Clothing Center to shop for free.

With the opening of the new facility, families also will gain access to services that will help them lift themselves out of poverty, including a computer lab, English classes, vocational counseling and referral services to address other family needs.

The center hours for customers are Tuesday through Friday, 9:30am – 12pm and 1pm – 3:30pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am – 1:30pm. Wednesdays are designated as a shopping day for disabled and senior citizen customers only. For more information, call 301-424-3796.

Maryland’s Food Supplement Employment & Training (FSET) Program – Reimbursement Opportunity

Organizations that serve clients receiving food assistance and who provide case management services and/or education, training or wrap around services, are eligible to receive a 50% reimbursement for every dollar spent on these activities by working directly with the Department of Human Resources.
