Join Capacity Partners in Dynamic Planning, Dynamic Board. Mary Robinson, President of Capacity Partners as well as Joan Schaffer and Margo Reid, Capacity Partners Consultants, will guide us on how to pivot and plan with your Board of Directors in uncertain times.

Nonprofit Montgomery in partnership with Orgforward, and with support from DHHS, is expanding the consultation and coaching that has traditionally been reserved for our FIRM program. We are offering members the opportunity to receive a coaching session with Justin Pollock of Orgforward to help with immediate strategy or structure decisions you are faced with.
A small team from your organization will have 1.5 hour to meet via Zoom with Justin to think through and plan around a current issue you are facing or decision you are trying to make.

The MORE Evaluation Network includes an interactive online discussion group as well as quarterly meetings to support nonprofit staff in building their evaluation knowledge and help support one another implementing evaluation in nonprofits. This community of practice includes an online moderated discussion and quarterly gatherings for network members.
Who: The network is open to all MORE alumni.
What: Participants will be invited to a LinkedIn group where Sharp Insight will moderate a discussion forum around various evaluation topics. In addition, Nonprofit Montgomery will host quarterly brown bags facilitated by Sharp Insight.

We heard you! We received tremendous feedback on our session Meaningful Performance Evaluation with Kelly Collins that we’ve asked her to lead Difficult Conversations. Kelly will lead a discussion/workshop on how to have difficult, but crucial and sometimes necessary, conversations with staff.
