Facility Use Subsidy Program
CUPF’s new program subsidizes facility fees for classrooms, all-purpose rooms, and library meeting rooms for an activity by a Maryland-based, nonprofit organization that primarily serves vulnerable youth or low-income residents receiving financial assistance. Information and application instructions are on the CUPF website.
Opportunity for Dialogue, Nov 17
Nonprofit Montgomery convened a focus group of members in the summer to discuss challenges and ways to improve how nonprofits use public facilities in the County. Subsequently, Nonprofit Montgomery met with CUPF leadership about ways to foster a dialogue about nonprofit use of public facilities. The meeting is scheduled for Nov 17. If you have any items to add to the conversation, contact Brigid Howe.
