JCA Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) matches low-income older adults age 55+ with community organizations and government agencies. SCSEP provides a salary for a senior worker, and the nonprofit provides the training. SCSEP has participants working in all types of nonprofits from handing out meals, to greeting clients, completing data entry to managing the office. They gain job skills; you gain extra help!

JCA is also accepting preliminary applications for the SCSEP program if you know an older adult over the age of 55, who is currently unemployed and living below 125% of the poverty line. For more information, visit JCA’s website or email Cathy.
