New Policy Regarding Posting Job Opportunities

2022-02-09T10:57:28-05:00February 9th, 2022|Job Opportunities, Member News|

Recently we instituted a new job policy for our job opportunity section in this newsletter and on our website. Nonprofit Montgomery will now only post job openings that disclose salary information and other pertinent information that allows job applicants a fair and equitable chance at the job opportunity.

In a sector that doesn’t properly represent the general population but serves everyone, we want to do our part to encourage people of color, women, and other less represented groups to apply for all positions and help everyone make informed decisions. Click here to read why we decided to make this change.

New Job Opportunities

2022-02-15T15:18:56-05:00February 9th, 2022|Job Opportunities|

We now require our members to include a salary on all job descriptions. Nonprofit Montgomery is working toward equity in the nonprofit sector in our county. This includes transparency in the hiring process. Click here to read about our new job policy.
