What is a budget really meant to communicate? What can those financial reports really tell me about my work and/or the organization?

Do you want to better understand what all those rows and columns of numbers mean and how you can use them, then join us for this session. An organization’s budget tells a much bigger story than just money in and money out. Those reports about activities, cash flow, and balances open doors to important information about how an organization conducts its business.

This session provides clarity on how these financial tools and the processes associated with them can serve you, even if you don’t think you are a numbers person.

When: June 13, 4-6pm
