FIRM Institute training includes three 2-hour follow-up Tutorials that introduce tools to help with implementing a financial leadership and management workplan. Tutorials extend the learning and provide an opportunity to work on specific skills or issues that affect the financial management of your organization. FIRM Institute participants are encouraged to attend all three.

*Tutorial #1 Wednesday, May 17, 2017, 9-11am: Strategic Screen and Return on Mission
At the Strategic Screen and Return on Mission tutorial, you’ll learn how to use your financial and program results to demonstrate why an investment in your organization produces cost-effective results and returns many benefits to society. We will write statements for your nonprofit for use in communications, fundraising, and with your staff and board.
