The Governor’s Commission to Modernize State Procurement hopes to hear from private sector businesses and nonprofits about experiences, issues, and suggestions for improving procurement by state agencies. Nonprofits are encouraged to make the Commission aware of issues and concerns they have experienced with state agency procurement policies or practices, putting them on the record either by forwarding those to the Commission through this web page, and/or by participating in one of the regional meetings. If you have experienced problems with state procurements, or share comments with the Commission, please also share that information withHenry Bogdan, Director of Public Policy at Maryland Nonprofits.
