Montgomery County’s Recreation Department-Youth Development team invites middle and high school students to the Youth Forum #2ChangeALife on May 11 from 5-8pm at the Silver Spring Civic Building. This free event offers teens an opportunity to discuss their experiences, insights and solutions with decision makers within Montgomery County.
