OLO Releases Report on School-to-Prison Pipeline in Montgomery County

The Office of Legislative Oversight (OLO) released the report on “The School-to-Prison Pipeline in Montgomery County.” The report includes recommendations for improvement, describes the increased risk of juvenile delinquency and criminal justice system involvement among children who have been suspended or expelled from school and the nature of the Pipeline in Montgomery County.
