County Executive Leggett released his recommended $4.4 billion FY17 Capital Budget and six-year FY2017-2022 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). The budget includes nearly $1.9 billion for education, including $1.57 billion for the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), the highest funding level ever provided, as well as $305 million for Montgomery College.
